Code of Conduct

A community can only work with clear rules!

To follow this principle, we have imposed rules that apply to everyone in the club.

Parents on the sidelines

The youth department of the SC Husen-Kurl 1919/28 eV is happy about numerous visits on thematchdays. We are pleased that you support your child and his team. At thetop of the list is fair play and respect for the opponent, opposingspectators, the referee, our own teammates, coaches and supervisors. We are of theopinion that it is precisely the parents who play an important role model here!

Fair play
  • Always behave fairly and respectfully towards all involved in the games.
  • Unsportsmanlike and unqualified comments harm your child, the crew and theclub. Racist statements are not tolerated by us!
  • If you are provoked, you prefer to move away instead of responding.
  • Try to be athletic "objective". Not always is your child the better.
support
  • Support your child emotionally in case of defeat or if the athletic success does notoccur.
  • Teach your child that losing is part of the sport.
  • Pay attention to realistic expectations of your child. Too high demands canharmyour child.
  • Children need praise! Save on criticism and talk better about the positive experiences ofa game.
Trainer
  • Support the coaches within their means. The coaches invest a lot of timeto promote your child. Help them!
  • Respect the decisions of the coaches regarding placement, substitutions andassigned positions.
  • If you have problems, you are looking for a direct conversation with the coaches. If this is not possible for you,contact the youth leader or his deputy.
  • Never undermine the authority of the coach. Instructions in a game hasto give exclusively to the coach.
material
  • The club tries to educate the players to self-responsible action. Please supportthis.
  • The children are responsible for their own organization.
  • The children should take care oftheir equipmentthemselves.
  • Leave the packing and carrying of the bag,cleaningthe shoesetc. to the children.

Rules of conduct for team players

Football is a team sport. Teamwork and correct social behavior are the basis for mutual success. Undisciplined public behavior has a negative impact on the team and the club.

punctuality
  • I appear punctually at the agreed times in the game and training operation.
reliability
  • I try not to miss a workout. Every workout is important.
  • If I am prevented, I say in good time. I announce appointments in good time.
teamwork
  • I accept every player and his performance.
  • By undisciplined I pity the whole team / club.
criticism
  • Justify us factual criticism of my behavior or my performance, I take seriously and try to improve.
  • I accept if the coach does not put me up and try to impose myself in training again for the next game.
Fair play
  • I am always fair to my co-opponent and the referee.
  • Racist and insulting statements, hidden fouls are taboo for me.
Material, environment, cleanliness and body care
  • I handle the club property carefully. I will handle balls, jerseys and training materials carefully and with care.
  • For the training material and the balls, I am responsible and carry it to the square and back again.
  • I keep the club grounds and cabins in a clean condition.
  • As a visiting team, these principles apply to a special degree. For misconduct against the principles of cleanliness I pity my team and the club.
  • Showering after sports is a matter of course for me.
honesty
  • I am always honest with my coach and fellow players.
  • I respect the property of every player, opponent and club.
